i would say the rempah for the itik is superbly gooood! but i think this itik is cooked in a Malay way.coz its different to the typical duck rice that usually Chinese people make. the flesh is abit chewy and hard , but thats itik anyway there are some soft parts and chewy parts. LOVE the green chili sambal! the taste of raw garlic in it is just..too strong and acidic which i like!! haha
i would recommend everyone who wants to have a taste for itik (for those whove never tried it) but this is definitely diffferent from the typical Chinese duck rice! which is good in a way coz uve got a different type of duck cuisine!
