there was this one day after i ate mekQ itik remember? i googled duck rice just to know where are the top places that i can get good duck rice in KL/ Selangor area.
Then i found out this place where a lot of people recommending it to try with its original duck rice recipe. being a 5 min away from home , i straight away asked my twin to have dinner there.ahaha The place is Roast Kitchen, at jalan wan kadir 2, TTDI , the same row as Maxis,

I had like BBQ sliced beef and the crispy juicy duck drumstick (the 1st pic) while my sis had the 2nd one. having tried quite a number of different duck rice, i would say this duck is quite okay. i expected more from the look of it, but it didnt have the fat layer (hence the chewy factor) that the usual duck rice has. probably it was the roasted one so the fat burned already? i dont know. i prefer my sis' duck rice..i think the meat and flavour was nicer. however, the duck portion was quite big and satisfying but not the rice portion though. i think they wanted us to eat more meat than rice i guess. lol. for the price of roughly rm11 (of what i had that time) i would recommend this place to the people out there. its not likee reallllyyy nice but its not really bad either. so yeah have a go! i still like the place though and definitely would go there again ! haha
